No paid subscription currently

Habitza is currently available as free early access. We do not currently collect subscription payments, automatically renew plans, or charge cancellation fees. As a result, there is presently no subscription payment to cancel or refund.

Future paid services

If paid plans are introduced, the price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation method, taxes, and refund eligibility will be disclosed before payment authorization. This policy will be updated before paid checkout becomes available.

Unexpected payment concern

If you believe a payment referencing Habitza was made unexpectedly, contact support@habitza.app and include the account email, transaction reference, date, and amount. Never send card numbers, CVVs, OTPs, or UPI PINs.
