Privacy Policy
Information you provide
We process account details, preferences, and information you voluntarily record, including habits, health entries, goals, financial records, and optional worship activity. Guardian workflows also process invitations, permissions, relationship status, and reminder activity.
Operational information
Hosting, authentication, and security systems may process browser/device information, IP addresses, timestamps, and application logs required to operate and protect the service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide requested tracking, calculate your summaries and reports, save preferences, deliver transactional messages, provide support, prevent misuse, and maintain reliability.
Service providers
Habitza relies on providers for hosting, database and authentication, and email delivery. These providers process information only as required to perform those services. Habitza does not sell personal information.
Guardian access
Guardian access is optional. You choose supported modules and can change, pause, or revoke a relationship. Guardians receive limited summaries rather than unrestricted raw records.
Security and retention
We use technical and organisational safeguards including authenticated accounts, server authorization, and row-level database policies. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Your choices
You may correct profile information, hide Life Areas, withdraw optional Guardian permissions, and export supported records. For privacy questions, email support@habitza.app.
